SAWACO has accumulated the valuable logistics expertise that enables it to live up to the challenges of all water transportation contracts. SAWACO developed its Fleet Management System (FMS) that is integrated with Microsoft Great plain (ERP) system. Thus, the system can track all customer requests, orders and deliveries. Customers are provided with around-the-clock call and inquiry service, through well-trained operators.
