SAWACO primary goal is to provide clean, potable water for different applications and uses: Residential, Commercial and Industrial.

Along with this goal, comes proposal and solutions for the provision of the kind of water our Clients seek.

Water can either be produced from desalinating sea water or treating brackish water. There is also the environmentally-friendly solution of recycling water.

SAWACO has forged strong alliances with reputed international engineering and manufacturing entities. These alliances combined with its home-grown expertise and technical capabilities enable SAWACO to recommend the right technical solutions to its Clients when it comes to solving their water needs.

SAWACO adopts currently three basic business models to satisfy its Clients water needs:

• 1. Conventional Model: SAWACO produces water in quantity and quality required by Customers and delivers it to their premises. Sometimes the Customers off take the water by their own trucks (ex-works)
• 2. O&M Model: The Customer invests in a water treatment plant and contracts SAWACO’s O&M Team to produce water and maintain the plant against a monthly fixed fee or per cubic meter produced.

In 2018, SAWACO ventured into the mega desalination plant sector. SAWACO secures 25-year-BOT concetion in partnership with ACWA Power to produce and sell 600,000 cubic meter per day in Rabegh area. The plant is called Rabigh Three. All water is pre-sold to SWPC Co.
